Healthcare navigation is inherently complex, requiring users to evaluate multiple factors before making decisions. This project reinforced the importance of simplifying information without oversimplifying the underlying system. Thoughtful filtering, clear provider profiles, and intuitive flows played a key role in helping users feel more confident when seeking care.
